Intercessory Prayer Ministry

The goal of the Prayer Ministry at Taylor UMC is to follow the command of Christ in Luke 18:1, “And He spoke a parable unto them to this end, ‘…that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.'” (Matthew 18:1)

In pursuit of that command, Pastor Jenkins is currently forming a prayer group of men and women who are willing and excited about undergirding the church, the city, the state and the nation. Taylor UMC has many prayer needs: church leadership and membership. Our homes, schools and children all need prayer.
